About me as a therapist:

I’m Sabrin, a trainee counsellor who works integratively, bringing together different approaches to suit your unique journey. I am a member of the BACP and I adhere to the codes of ethics and practise. I am in my last year of training at the North West London Counselling and Training in a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
Life can be messy, full of contradictions and chaos, but in this space, you are welcome exactly as you are. Every part of you belongs. How would it feel to have a space where you don’t have to hold it all together? Where honesty, vulnerability, and all the complexities of who you are can simply exist?
As a Muslim, North African woman, I understand the weight of identity struggles, the loneliness of feeling caught between worlds, and the deep need to be seen. Whatever you’re carrying, whether you’re in the midst of uncertainty, change or growth – I’ll meet you there without judgement, with warmth and openness. I work at Spiral on Friday mornings.
