About me as a therapist:

What does your heart and soul desire? An invitation, to welcome all parts of you, the time and space to hear, be with and share whatever you may wish, to allow what may need to surface and together we can tend to it, with love and care and compassion.
I believe the power of Love transforms the body, mind and soul, when we can experience and truly see and hear others, the act of presence can be healing in itself. By being instruments of love and compassion, we become channels through which we can contribute to a collective healing to offer empathy and kindness to the world.
I am a qualified integrative children and adolescent counsellor and I’m a registered member with the BACP and have been in practice working with young people for 7 years. I hold a Diploma in energy psychotherapy to integrate working with the body to heal trauma. I am currently in advanced psychotherapy training.
I work at Spiral on Thursday mornings.
