About me as a therapist:

Hi, I’m Roma. I’m a trainee therapist on the final year of a Level 4 Diploma in
Therapeutic Counselling at CityLit, and a member of the BACP.
Life can be challenging, and sometimes difficult to navigate on our own. As a
therapist, I’ll support you as we explore what you’re facing.
I believe we all have an inner voice that guides us towards what feels right.
Sometimes, we lose touch with it. In therapy, we’ll create space to listen in, get to
know that voice and explore what makes you who you are. Together, we’ll work
towards living in a way that feels meaningful to you.
I’m mindful of the impact of difference and diversity, and use this awareness to help
us understand how your experiences have impacted you.
I work integratively, drawing from a range of approaches to create a way of working
that suits you. I believe in the power of creativity to get closer to what we really feel,
and sometimes we may use what’s happening in the body to guide us.
I work at Spiral on Mondays between 2-5pm.
