About me as a therapist:

Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy, (UKCP). MA Dance Movement Psychotherapy (ADMP UK)
My approach is integrative and relational, combining talking therapy with creative exploration and bodywork techniques to support your individual needs. Imagination and self-discovery are at the heart of the work. I am also trained in dance movement psychotherapy, and we can use this as a grounding resource for working with somatic symptoms, and connecting with feelings that words can’t quite reach.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues including relationship difficulties, lack of purpose, identity problems, sexual problems, depression, anxiety, bereavement, chronic health-conditions, trauma, sexual abuse, addiction and eating disorders.
I work both online and in-person.
