About me as a therapist:
I’m a trainee counsellor in the final year of my Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling at City and Islington College. My approach draws on both Person-Centred and Psychodynamic concepts.
My path into counselling grew from a deep curiosity about people and the ways we heal. I’m passionate about supporting others as they reconnect with themselves and move toward greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. I have a particular interest in the mind–body connection, and in viewing each person as made up of many interrelated parts.
I believe in a holistic and collaborative approach, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. My background as a support worker with neuro-diverse clients and individuals with special educational needs, disabilities, and mental health diagnoses has strengthened my belief in the power of compassionate support. I strive to offer an inclusive environment where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens through safe and authentic relationships. I offer a warm, empathetic, and grounded presence, where you can be met with understanding.
I am a registered student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and my work is supported by ongoing personal development.
I work at Spiral on Mondays 9-12
