About me as a therapist:

Therapy can sometimes feel like an intimidating journey filled with uncertainties and
discomfort. I understand this first hand from my own experiences which is why I aim
to provide a safe, non-judgemental, and warm place for you to explore this new
chapter of self-discovery and growth. I believe every person’s journey is unique
hence I am drawn to working in a client-led approach to therapy. This means
supporting you in taking the lead based on your individual needs and goals.
I am currently a registered member (MBACP) of the British Association for
Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Coaching,
which was completed at London Metropolitan University in September 2025.
My primary experiences include exploring cultural identity and complexities of
managing and balancing different expectations and lived experiences. I also support
clients through life transitions relating to education, career, relationships, loss and
grief. While these are my main areas of experience, I am not restricted to them and
can support other concerns that may arise. In addition, I tend to incorporate
everyday experiences and other creative mediums into the therapeutic space- such
as exploring music, video games, film etc… that may resonate with you as a starting
point to support insight, connection, and self-expression.
My current working schedule is Thursday mornings at Spiral via the low-cost
scheme. As well as continuing my work within the low-cost scheme at Spiral, I am
now offering private client slots during the week.

I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey of growth and healing.
