About me as a therapist:
Hello, I’m Anna (she/her), a UKCP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist. Welcome.
Looking for a therapist can feel daunting, especially if you are already struggling. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, in crisis, or simply finding it hard to cope with what life is asking of you at the moment. Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to manage it alone. I am glad you have found your way here.
I have practised within the mental health field for 15 years; across local authorities, private health care and in private practice. I work part time at Orri, a specialist eating disorder service in London, providing one-to-one psychotherapy and group therapy. For many years I have practiced as a Social Worker, supporting individuals and families through crisis, abuse and life transitions.
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can begin to explore what is happening for you. Together, we can make sense of your feelings and experiences and work towards helping life feel more manageable, meaningful, and connected.
I have particular expertise in eating disorders (Binge-eating disorder, Anorexia Nervosa Bulimia Nervosa and Orthorexia), relationship difficulties, sexual identity and low self-esteem. My practice is inclusive of people with a range of sexual expressions, identities, and relationship structures.
I work in Spiral on Tuesday afternoons.
About me as a supervisor:
Fees: My fees are £80 per 50 minute session, in person or online
