About me as a therapist:

Hello, my name is Annie. I am an integrative trainee counsellor, in my final year of a
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, at City Lit London. I am a registered
member of the BACP.
Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to explore your experiences, emotions,
and life circumstances. I aim to provide a compassionate, non-judgemental therapeutic
environment where you can explore all areas of your being – including areas that may
feel challenging, unacceptable or unworthy.
My training is grounded in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT approaches.
Alongside this, I believe our physical, emotional and spiritual selves are interconnected,
and that our cultural background and identities shape who we are today. My intention is
to support you in making sense of your own way of being, your relationships, and in
finding a path forward that feels right for you.
I work at Spiral on Fridays from 2-5pm.
