Liz Bishop

I offer a safe, warm and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings about anything that is not working for you in your life. I will support you and work alongside you with kindness and empathy.

I believe in the power of feeling truly heard and accepted for the person that you are, in all your entirety.

I am interested in how our experiences in childhood may have shaped who we are now and how, by becoming more self-aware, we can develop a positive sense of self. Having compassion for ourselves, can also enable us to strengthen our relationships and heal our emotional struggles.

I am currently training for a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling at CPPD and am a student member of the BACP. I am also a volunteer at The Listening Place, a charity for people who are feeling suicidal.

I work at Spiral on Fridays
