Kerry Huff

I am currently studying for an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling at City and Islington College. I am a student member of the BACP and follow their ethical guidelines.

My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred and psychodynamic concepts. I work creatively and holistically, bringing awareness to the body while honouring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul. I am particularly interested in the effects of trauma on the body.

I am committed to facilitating our work by creating a safe space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings around anything you wish to address. This can include looking at the ways in which your past experiences might have affected and shaped who you are in the here and now. Difficult childhood experiences can manifest as obstacles to our interconnected selves. Once these obstacles are reflected on, understood, and shifted, new channels of growth can open up, giving rise to an increasingly positive sense of self.

I will support you on your individual journey with sensitivity, warmth, and respect, valuing the uniqueness of your being.

I work at Spiral on Thursday afternoons.
