I am a Trainee Counsellor currently working towards an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling at the CPPD School of Counselling, due to graduate in summer 2022. I hold a student membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My career path has ranged from working in hospitality to working within museums and exploring design in some of the most vibrant cities in both the East and West. Being an immigrant at various stages of my life in different countries, I have often searched for belonging. It has eventually led me to counselling and to living more authentically within myself.
I believe an authentic and supportive therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work together. I provide a warm, non-judgemental and inclusive space open to individuals of all cultures, backgrounds, orientations and abilities because we all deserve to be heard and understood. Each session is uniquely tailored for the individual, drawing on a variety of theories to find what works best for you. I have an interest in working with anxiety and depression, lack of confidence and self-esteem, culture and identity issues and sexual abuse.
I practice at Spiral on Thursday mornings.
