I gained a Diploma in Counselling in an integrative approach focusing on working with behaviour. I trained at the MBET Centre and qualified in 2019 and I am a registered member of the BACP. I adhere to the ethical framework of the BACP who provide a guide to follow to ensure I give the best service to you.
I trained using a range of techniques, strategies and concepts aimed on working with the implicit. When working with the implicit the aim is to bring attention and awareness to your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Together we will focus and process on what is occurring beyond the words with the intention to help to heal, enable you to become empowered and deepen the connection with yourself.
As well as offering low cost counselling at Spiral, I work with adults who are working towards recovery from addiction. I have also worked on mental health and support for under 25s helplines in recent years.
My purpose is to create a safe and non-judgemental space where the client can address the problems they have been experiencing.
I work at Spiral on Friday evenings
