Central to my work is a personal and deep understanding of the need to be seen,
heard and respected. As this experience can be denied to many, I offer a space
where pain can be witnessed and repaired in the context of a warm, non-
judgemental and responsive relationship. Within this space you will have the
freedom to explore your Self, what is going on presently in your life, through to any
unresolved experiences from your formative years and childhood.
My background includes providing therapeutic support for: fertility issues, infant loss,
ending a pregnancy, stillbirth, miscarriage, rainbow pregnancies and the loneliness,
isolation and relational difficulties that these experiences can bring. I work as a group
facilitator for a homeless charity and assisted in a community group for adult women
who experienced childhood sexual abuse.
I am a BACP registered counsellor and received a Diploma in Integrative
Counselling from Middlesex University in 2020. I adhere to the BACP’s code of
Ethics and Practice.
I work at Spiral on Saturday mornings.
