How would it be to have someone stand with you, as you turn to meet the parts of you and your experience, that are longing to be known and seen?
As part of my training, I have worked as a counsellor supporting parents with the many challenges and transitions around becoming a parent. When I’m not working as a counsellor, I hold circles for women - places to feel deeply seen, accepted and welcomed. I also work with families using music to create playful, loving spaces for parents to connect with their young children.
My background is in Gendlin Focusing (a way of meeting our experience in the body), Non-Violent Communication and Gestalt therapy. Together these offer me ways of supporting you with curiosity and compassion.
I have an openness to working with people of all backgrounds and cultures and an interest in understanding how our cultural experiences influence our lives.
I offer a non-judgemental space to meet more of who you are. By exploring what is happening within your feelings, thoughts and body, together we can adventure into the places of stuckness within your life, to allow the possibility of living with more freedom and wholeness.
Having completed my Certificate in Counselling at the Gestalt Centre in 2019, I am now in my final year of my Diploma in Counselling due to complete Summer 2021. I am a student member of the BACP.
I am available at Spiral on Friday afternoons
