Accessibility
We have therapy rooms on the ground, second (34 steps) and third floors (51 steps).
Our ground floor room has partial wheelchair adaptation.

Location
We are based in Islington, North London, within easy reach of the City, Highgate, Kings Cross, Stoke Newington, Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Haringey, Hackney, Camden and most other areas of Central and North London.
You can get to us easily from the following postcodes: N1, N4, N5, N7, N15, N16, N17, N19, N22, NW1, NW5, E5, E8 and many others.
Spiral is a corner building and the front door is in Annette Road.

Parking
Parking is restricted Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.30pm & Saturday 8.30am-1.30pm.
There are additional restrictions when Arsenal are playing a home match: Monday to Friday 6.30pm-8.30pm, Saturday 1.30pm-4.30pm, Sundays and Bank holidays noon-4.30pm (see www.arsenal.com).
One hour free parking on Holloway Road in bays
Two hour free parking in the Waitrose car park for customers
Two hour pay and display parking bays on Loraine Road and Hornsey Road
All day pay parking at the Sobell Centre, entrance on Hornsey Road opposite Arthur Road
Bicycles can be left most safely in the Waitrose car park where there is a dedicated space for them to be secured.
