I have worked for many years as a student counsellor, working with academic pressure/stress, procrastination, anxiety, low mood, relationships, family relationships, bereavement, relationship with food, the search for meaning and direction. I have a specific area of interest working with international students.

My work experience has been at Central St Martins, South Bank University and SOAS, University of London.

I am a trained Gestalt therapist, using a holistic approach which emphasizes the importance of connection and contact, in all senses. I have a deep commitment to addressing individual and cultural diversity, the dynamics of difference and connection. I am a yoga practitioner/instructor and have a regular mindfulness practice.
